Privacy Policy

Account information: your email address, username, and display name.

Profile content: anything you add to your profile and projects, including images and video you upload.

Contact form messages: if a visitor contacts you through your profile, we process their name, email, and message in order to deliver it to you.

To operate your account and display your published profile to visitors, to deliver contact-form messages to you, and to communicate with you about the service (like confirming your email or responding to support requests).

We use a small number of service providers (“subprocessors”) to run Panorama, and don't sell your data to anyone else:

• Supabase — authentication and database hosting.

• Cloudflare R2 — storage for uploaded images and video.

• Resend — delivering contact-form emails and account emails.

• Google Analytics — measuring how visitors use Panorama and portfolio pages.

Panorama uses a small number of cookies required for the service to function, such as keeping you signed in and remembering your view preferences. We also use Google Analytics, which sets cookies to measure traffic and usage in aggregate. We don't use advertising cookies.

You can view and edit most of your data directly from your dashboard, and delete your account at any time from account settings. To request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it, contact support@panorama.app.

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your profile and project content are removed; some information may be retained where required for legal or security reasons.

We may update this policy as the product evolves, particularly as the beta moves toward general availability. We'll post the updated policy here with a new “last updated” date.

This policy is governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction to be added before general availability].
